  Your Fast-Track Program includes Roundtable membership, a 60-minute coaching call every month, 2 "Ask Me Anything" live sessions, and much more. Coaching usually happens during the first week of the month.

• Prep Form:
  In order to gain the most value from your call, be sure to review the Coaching Call Prep Form (or think about what you want to discuss) in advance so we can hit the ground running. If you're not sure where to start, we'll figure it out together when we talk.

• Productivity tools I recommend:
  Coach.me (habit tracker), Rescue Time (time management software), Evernote (your external brain- I couldn’t live without it), Stickk (goals with teeth) and Focus Booster (online timer). 
• If you need to reschedule a coaching session:
  Please provide as much notice as possible but a minimum of 24 hours. I will offer you the exact same courtesy in return. Unfortunately appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice can’t be rescheduled or refunded because we’re not able to refill your slot on short notice. I want you to get the most from your investment so be sure to mark your calendar when you schedule your appointment.
• Do you want more coaching?
  If you want to add more 1:1 coaching time for a particular month, you’ll receive a 31% discount off of my regular coaching rate (you pay $275/ hour rather than the non-member rate of $400/ hour).
  This could include an actual phone consult, or having me review your business plans, website, annual goals etc. and providing feedback via email.
  This makes the program flexible; only add hours if and when you need them.

• Coach/ Client Roles:
  My role is to co-develop strategies with you, to offer advice, act as a “sounding board”, and to assist you in moving forward. Your role is to take action and to assume responsibility for your progress. I’m here as a resource and collaborator but keep in mind that 90% of your results will be based on what you do in between the sessions .
• Monthly Themes:
  Every month there is a new coaching topic or theme. I'll introduce the theme at the beginning of each call and we may or may not dig into it, depending on what's top of mind for you. Each week you'll receive a tip via email based on the monthly theme as well.  
  
• Confidentiality:
  Our coaching sessions are strictly confidential. You can be assured that all subjects discussed will remain confidential.
  
• Problems:
  If at any time the process is not working for you or if I say or do anything that upsets you, please bring the problem to me directly so that we can adjust and I can provide you with better service.
